| Food was delicious and your lovely relaxed manner made it all very easy. Teresa has a particularly charming manner I thought. Our only ‘complaint’ was the amount of food on the table. There was too much. And that can be a bit off-putting in the nicest way. It would have been better I feel to bring out less – but also do less anyway as the volume of leftovers suggest. We certainly had six hearty male eaters who didn’t even dent the ‘sexy spuds’. Your ability to turn up and get on with the job was such a joy. I loved the way you made yourself at home in the kitchen – not afraid to open cupboards and find what might be needed (eg big containers for leftovers) and brought your own tea towels – amazing. I’m slightly embarrassed that you left the kitchen tidier than you found it. Good luck with Pop Up Chef – I’ll certainly be recommending you this side of Herefordshire.
